TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the design work (performance of design works) for Stage I, Stage II and Stage III and the performance (execution of construction works) only for Stage I for the investment task entitled: “CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPURPOSE PUBLIC-ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS HALL TOGETHER WITH AN UNDERGROUND SHELTER SITE “U2” ADAPTED FOR PERFORMING, IN LIEU, THE FUNCTION OF AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE IN ZAWIERCIE”. 2. The task consists of three implementation stages: 2.1. Stage I of implementation: Construction of the entertainment-and-sports hall building with a “U2” shelter site, based on the concept provided, redevelopment of the access ramp from the public road, demolition of the existing building, construction of the access road, construction of four parking-lot sectors, sidewalks, bicycle-and-skating paths, multi-purpose squares with ramps for persons with disabilities and ground steps, shelters for temporary collection of municipal solid waste with the possibility of segregation, two access ramps to the underground part of the facility, coach parking spaces, a bus stop, bicycle shelters, and full technical infrastructure together with connections for the individual…
