TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the design (performance of design works) for Stage I, Stage II and Stage III and the performance (execution of construction works) only for Stage I for the investment project entitled: „CONSTRUCTION OF A PERFORMANCE AND SPORTS HALL TOGETHER WITH AN UNDERGROUND HIDING PLACE „U2” ADAPTED TO PERFORM, IN LIEU OF, THE FUNCTIONS OF AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE IN ZAWIERCIE”. 2. The task consists of three implementation stages: 2.1. Stage I of implementation: Construction of the performance and sports hall building with the „U2” hiding place based on the supplied concept, alteration of the access ramp from the public road, demolition of the existing building, construction of the access road, construction of four parking space sectors, sidewalks, cycling-skating paths, multifunctional squares with ramps for persons with disabilities and terrain stairs, shelters used for temporary storage of solid waste with the possibility of segregating it, two entrances/ramps to the underground part of the facility, coach parking stands, a bus stop, bicycle shelters and complete technical infrastructure, including connections of the individual networks, and a sledding/skiing…
