TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract carried out in the “design and build” formula is the construction of a hybrid heat source installation based on: 2 gas cogeneration units, a heat pump with a power output of 1800 – 2400 kW depending on the operating point with a working medium R717 operating alternately depending on the instantaneous parameters at two lower sources – atmospheric air and river water, a 2 950 kW gas boiler with an economizer 311 kW, a heat storage unit with a capacity of 12 MWht and the total thermal power of the fuel installation: 5.78 MW, providing low-emission coverage of the heat demand of the Płocka and Celulozowa housing estates in Włocławek.
