TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska, to be carried out in stages. As part of Stage I, the planned works include the expansion of the existing al. Solidarności from the intersection with DK 2 to km 2+140 and the construction of a new road alignment towards the existing military airfield. As part of Stage II, it is assumed that an extension of al. Solidarności will be carried out in the southern direction to road no. 812 (voivodeship road). Stage II will be covered by a separate administrative procedure. The project is expected to include the performance of all necessary elements to ensure efficient and safe movement of all road users, the installation of an appropriate drainage and lighting system, and the reconstruction of underground and above-ground utilities networks that conflict with the investment. 2. The investment is planned to be co-financed from the funds of the Rządowy Fundusz Rozwoju Dróg (Government Fund for Road Development), on the basis of the co-financing agreement no.
