TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska, which will be carried out in stages. As part of Stage I, the planned works include the expansion of the existing Solidarności Avenue from the intersection with DK 2 to km 2+140, and the construction of a new road route towards the existing military airport. As part of Stage II, it is assumed that the extension of Solidarności Avenue will be carried out in the southern direction to Voivodeship Road No. 812. Stage II will be covered by a separate administrative procedure. The investment envisages carrying out all necessary elements intended to enable the efficient and safe movement of all road users, the construction of an appropriate drainage and lighting system, and the restructuring (reconstruction/relocation) of underground and above-ground utility networks that conflict with the investment. 2. The investment is planned to be co-financed from the funds of the Rządowy Fundusz Rozwoju Dróg (Government Roads Development Fund), on the basis of the co-financing agreement No. RFRD-54/2023 of 19 July 2023. 3.
