Construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land within the area of Ciemięrzowice plot no. 77/68 from km 0+500 to 0+800 12. Subject of the contract. 12.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land within the area of Ciemięrzowice plot no. 77/68 from km 0+500 to 0+800”. 12.2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. Other conditions concerning the performance of the contract have been specified in the drafted provisions of the contract — Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 12.3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the drafted provisions of the contract constituting — Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
