TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1. RDW Zgórsko – OD Pińczów, OD Łopuszno The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Preparation of the necessary design documentation. The design documentation should be internally consistent and correlated across all industries, and should include optimal functional, utility, structural, material and cost solutions which are subject to agreement with the Contracting Authority. The composition of the design documentation and the method of its preparation is described in detail in the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU). 2) Execution of construction works together with the necessary supporting infrastructure based on design documentation prepared by the Contractor of the works, together with services that are not construction works. The detailed scope of works is presented in the PFU. 3) Exercising author’s supervision over the prepared design documentation at the stage of the executed construction works.
