Construction and modernization of a warehouse for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defense – II proceeding. The subject of the contract is the construction and modernization of a warehouse for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defense in Radzyń Chełmiński, plot no. 492, cadastral district 0015 Radzyń Chełmiński, municipality of Radzyń Chełmiński. The subject of the contract includes in particular: - preparation of a concept and submission of it to the Contracting Authority for approval, - performance of the construction and executive design together with the bill of quantities, cost estimate, STWIORB and all necessary additional studies, - obtaining a building permit, - construction of the warehouse facility in accordance with the prepared design along with the performance of accompanying works, - preparation of as-built documentation, - obtaining a permit for use of the facility, - handover of the facility to the Contracting Authority ready for use.
