TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive implementation of the Access Control System (SKD) and Meal Counting in 45 organizational units of the Contracting Authority throughout the country as specified in Appendix No. 1 to the OZP. The scope of the contract includes in particular: a) Delivery and installation of 60 revolving gates (turnstiles) with an Anti-Panic mechanism and barriers. b) Delivery and installation of 61 bidirectional hinged gates with barriers. c) Delivery and installation of 45 cafeteria readers intended for recording meals issued for OHP youth. d) Delivery of 500 proximity cards fully compatible with the supplied readers. e) Execution of dedicated electrical and low-current/telecommunications installations and installation of supporting structures (estimated distances of the gates from connection points are indicated in Appendix 1 to the OZP). f) Hardware and logical integration with Fire Alarm Systems (SSP) existing in the buildings in which such a system operates. g) Implementation of central software in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model operating in a high availability architecture (HA – High Availability), together with provision of a dedicated mobile…
