TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the construction and implementation of the International and National Information Exchange System, including: - as part of Task No 1: a) preparation of design documentation (stage 1); b) purchase, construction and implementation of the International and National Information Exchange System (stage 2); - as part of Task No 2: provision by the Contractor of a warranty service for a period of 24 months from the date of acceptance of the International and National Information Exchange System - as part of Task No 3: purchase of 4,000 person-hours of development services for a period of 24 months from the date of acceptance of the International and National Information Exchange System or until the Contracting Authority exhausts the person-hours pool.
