TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of radio transceivers, chargers, antennas and Radio-Box devices (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “devices”), together with the supply and installation of software intended for monitoring the GPS position of the radio transceivers, and for visualising and archiving data. 2. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contract will be carried out in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The exact locations will be made available to the Contractor no later than 10 business days before the scheduled start dates of the individual stages of performance of the contract, i.e. from the date the contract is concluded until 15 September 2028, with: 1) Stage I will be performed from 1 September 2027 to 30 November 2027; 2) Stage II will be performed from 1 July 2028 to 15 September 2028. The Contracting Authority has the right to refuse acceptance of the subject matter of the contract or of any part thereof before the start dates set for the individual stages due to the need to activate the financial resources earlier by the Minister of Finance. 4.
