„Construction of cultural and tourist infrastructure in the Konowica recreation area” 4.2. The subject matter of the contract in particular includes:  the construction of a social building serving as support facilities for artists, equipped with the necessary sanitary rooms, dressing rooms, and technical and storage space,  the construction of a roof over the existing performing-arts stage,  the construction of a roof over the existing seating stands and the creation of a viewing point with an amphitheatre function, including also their redevelopment and adaptation to the needs of persons with reduced mobility,  the expansion of the video monitoring system in the Konowica area in order to improve safety, protect property, and increase the comfort of users,  hard-surfacing of the area (around the stage, stands, and the social building) – surfaces with paving stones, concrete slabs, the installation of flower meadows, planting ornamental shrubs, 8 information plaques,  the project will be carried out in the City of Terespol, on plot no. 714/17, which constitutes the property of the municipality.
