The overall deadline for the completion of the entire subject of the order is December 31, 2027.

The contract is divided into four stages:

• Stage I: Preparation of detailed conditions and implementation, concluded with the development of specific documents. This stage must be completed no longer than 30 days from the date of concluding the Agreement.
• Stage II: Delivery of software, configuration and parameterization in the production environment, including integration, data migration, acceptance of implementation documentation, software documentation, user manuals, licenses, and production implementation. The duration for this stage is a key selection criterion, with a maximum of 240 days and a minimum of 180 days.
• Stage III: Conducting training. This stage must be completed no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of Stage II, but in any case, no later than December 31, 2027.
• Stage IV: Stabilization of the implemented software and launched e-services, followed by final acceptance. This stage must also be completed no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of Stage II, but no later than December 31, 2027.

The contract start date is referred to as "the date of concluding the Agreement," without a specific calendar date provided.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the construction of an innovative and comprehensive system of electronic public services in the Pszczyna Commune. This project aims to digitize back-office processes, provide e-resources, and develop public services for residents and entrepreneurs.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes several key activities and deliverables:

• Software implementation: This encompasses configuration and parameterization of software, data migration from existing systems, and installation of software.
• IT Environment Preparation: Setting up test and production IT environments.
• Development and Integration: Realization of programming and integration works, including connecting the new system with the existing infrastructure.
• Testing: Conducting various system tests such as functional, integration, and performance tests, and providing support for acceptance tests.
• Documentation: Creation, verification, and updating of implementation documentation, technical documentation, and user instructions.
• Training: Providing instructions and training for the client's employees.
• Support and Maintenance: Offering ongoing technical support, diagnosing, and rectifying errors/defects during the stabilization phase and the warranty period.
• Stabilization: Activities aimed at stabilizing the implemented software and launched e-services.
• Electronic Document Circulation: The system must include electronic document circulation for at least 70 workstations.

The project is structured into four main stages:

• Stage I: Preparation of detailed conditions and scope of implementation, culminating in the development of an "Implementation Plan" and a "Detailed Task Schedule".
• Stage II: Delivery of software, configuration and parameterization of software on the production environment, integration, data migration, and acceptance of all relevant documentation (implementation, software description, user manuals, licenses), followed by production implementation.
• Stage III: Execution of training sessions.
• Stage IV: Stabilization of the deployed software and e-services, leading to final acceptance.
