Construction of a photovoltaic installation on public utility facilities – Social Support Centre “Na Targówku” 1.1 The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of construction, electrical and installation works involving the installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof of the building, in accordance with the design documentation, applicable provisions of law, technical standards, the rules of technical knowledge, and the requirements of the manufacturers of the equipment used. 1.2 The contract is of a comprehensive nature and includes all activities, supplies of materials, equipment and works necessary to carry out a complete, efficient and ready-for-use photovoltaic installation. 1.3 The design documentation forms an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract. All solutions contained therein are binding on the Contractor, subject to point 13.8 of these OPZ (Terms of Reference for the Contract Specification). 1.4 All works covered by the subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the design documentation, applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law, relevant Polish Standards…
