TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, supply, execution, installation, commissioning and handover for operation of an organic recycling installation through the fermentation of bio-waste on the premises of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o. in Marszów, under the "design and build" formula, on the terms set out in the draft Agreement template, in accordance with applicable law, technical and construction regulations, the principles of technical knowledge, and with the highest standard of professional diligence. The works will be carried out on the premises of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o. in Marszów, on plot no. 175/1, cadastral district 0013, Marszów. Performance of the subject of the agreement may not lead to a shutdown/operational stoppage of the plant. If, for any reasons, it becomes necessary to suspend operation of part or all of the plant, the Contractor should take this fact into account in the activity-and-financial schedule.
