TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, delivery, execution, installation, commissioning, and handover for operation of an organic recycling installation through bio-waste fermentation on the premises of Łużyckie Recycling Center Ltd. in Marszów, under a "design and build" formula according to the conditions specified in the Contract template, in accordance with applicable law, technical and construction regulations, principles of technical knowledge, and maintaining the highest professional diligence. The works will be carried out on the premises of Łużyckie Recycling Center Ltd. in Marszów on plot no. 175/1, precinct 0013, Marszów. The implementation of the contract subject must not result in downtime of the plant's operation. If, for any reason, it would be necessary to suspend operation of part or all of the plant, the Contractor must take this into account in the material and financial schedule.
