Construction of a water supply and sewage system for the Pleszów loop dispatching building 1. Description of the subject matter of the contract: a) The subject matter of the public contract is a construction work consisting in the construction of a water supply installation with a length of 42.85 mb and a connection to the sanitary sewer system with a length of 65.69 mb to the Pleszów loop dispatching building at plot no. 7/1, 7/2, cadastral district 41 NH. b) The Contracting Authority has described the subject matter of the contract on the basis of: • Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ; • Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB), constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ; • Design documentation constituting Appendix No 9 to the SWZ; • Bills of quantities, constituting Appendix No 10 to the SWZ. c) In the event that, in any of the appendices to the SWZ, there appear the names of manufacturers, trade marks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, the products may be replaced with equivalent ones.
