Construction of an inclusive playground in Jodłownik 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of an inclusive playground in Jodłownik, the scope of which includes:a) Works related to preparing the site for the investmentb) Earthworks and sub-basec) Surfacing: - Paved surfacing - a walkway - Safe surfacing on the playgroundd) Sports and recreational equipment: - Foundations for sports and recreational equipment - Supply and installation of playground equipment e) An information board f) Fencing g) Site lighting2. Other provisions:2.1. The Contractor is required to prepare as-built documentation, including operating and maintenance instructions for the playground equipment, and geodetic as-built inventory.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by the bill of quantities, which constitutes an annex to the terms of reference.4.
