Construction of a boarding house 2. The subject matter is the construction of a boarding house in accordance with the detailed description set out in the Technical Specification constituting an annex to this SWZ, defining the general requirements for the execution and acceptance of works, common to all types of works covered by the public procurement contract. The subject matter of the contract also includes the relocation of existing garages (3 units) along with the execution of new hardstanding. The contract also includes: 1) all repairs to equipment damaged during the performance of the works; 2) fulfilling all obligations, orders and recommendations resulting from all trade/industry arrangements; 3) carrying out all works and activities related to the acceptance of the subject matter of the contract and its handover for use, etc.; 4) ensuring safety at the construction site and in its vicinity and insuring the construction; 5) performing all works and activities related to the proper performance of the contract, even if they are not included in the bill of quantities; 6) other activities resulting from industry regulations or the specifics of the contract.
