TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the construction of stormwater drainage and a retention reservoir together with the reconstruction of the existing ditch in the locality of Wojnicz, Gmina Wojnicz, divided into 2 parts: 3.1.1. Part No 1 – Construction of stormwater drainage from manhole S10 to manhole S30 together with the reconstruction of the water supply network and the reinstatement of asphalt pavement on plot no. 1188, 1158, 1767, 1115, 930/8 in Wojnicz. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the description of the Ordering Party’s requirements regarding execution and acceptance is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (Project documentation together with SST) and the Bills of Quantities, which constitute Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. 3.3.
