Construction of stormwater drainage in the area of Batalionów Chłopskich Street in Katowice 1. Name of the task: “Construction of stormwater drainage in the area of Batalionów Chłopskich Street in Katowice”. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and the performance of construction works related to the construction of gravity stormwater drainage. The planned investment concerns the construction of stormwater drainage in the range of diameters from DN200 mm to DN315 mm with a total length of approx. 70.0 m, in the area of Batalionów Chłopskich Street. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes the Functional and Utility Programme constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the quality warranty period for the completed subject of the contract be at least 36 months from the date of the final acceptance. The Contracting Authority requires that the period of liability for defects (warranty) be 60 months from the date of the final acceptance.
