TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a columbarium at the municipal cemetery on Południowa Street in Zagórze – Phase I The scope of works includes the construction of a columbarium, i.e.: a cemetery structure functioning as a collective grave, as well as the development of a hardened ground surface and an access road. The investment is planned for implementation within the area of part of the following plots no. of record: 621/2, 622, 626/1, 627, 624/1, 625/1 – which constitute the municipal cemetery located on Południowa Street in Zagórze. As part of the investment project, it is planned: - the construction of a columbarium, which includes one single segment with 51 niches, each accommodating up to 4 urns of ashes – Phase I (the segment located by plot no. of record 623/5); - the construction of an access road (constituting an extension of the existing road within the cemetery); - the construction of hardened surfaces – a sidewalk made of concrete slabs; - the reinforcement of the retaining wall of the embankment slope along with the laying of a drainage channel along the new road.
