Construction of a columbarium at the cemetery on Starobrzeskiej Street in the “design and build” system 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of a columbarium at the municipal cemetery in the “design and build” system and the provision of author’s supervision. The scope of the work includes: - construction of the columbarium. The contract includes: - performing archaeological tests in the investment area (if required), - preparing the site development plan, the architectural and construction design, and obtaining for it opinions, consents, arrangements and permits that result from regulations, - preparing technical and execution designs and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works for all relevant trades, - performing construction works on the basis of the above designs and technical specifications (construction of columbarium modules in reinforced concrete construction finished with slabs as described with 78 niches for urns and seeding with a grass mixture of areas that were disturbed during works which are biologically active areas.
