The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts, but does divide the subject matter of the contract into two tasks. Task 1: The subject of the contract is the implementation of the “Orlik” sports complex at the Primary School in Skuły under the “Design and Build” formula, including preparation of design documentation, obtaining the required arrangements/approvals, and carrying out construction works. Under the basic scope, it is planned to build a football pitch with artificial turf and a multi-purpose court for basketball and volleyball with a polyurethane surface, as well as to install lighting, fencing, and ball-stop nets.
