The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task in a design and build formula, consisting in the construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex at the Technikum named after Gen. Józef Haller in Owidz (at Szkolna Street, in the town of Owidz).2. The investment task is co-financed from the funds of the FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL CULTURE as part of the ORLIK SPORTS COMPLEXES CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM – EDITION 2025.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract comprises:1) A description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ,2) A Functional-Utility Programme constituting Appendix No 1 to the OPZ,3) Guidelines contained in the Orlik sports complexes construction programme – Edition 2025 constituting Appendix No 2 to the OPZ,4) Draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ.
