TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex in the locality of Zaczernie—design and build. The project is co-financed from the funds of the Physical Culture Development Fund, whose administrator is the Minister of Sport and Tourism under the Orlik sports complex construction programme—Edition 2025. Agreement no. 2026/0586/3143/SubA/DIS/BO/25. Scope of works planned to be carried out under this contract: 1) preparation of design documentation together with obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the necessary arrangements, decisions and opinions required for the correct execution of the project, including obtaining a building permit decision together with a permit for use: 2) execution of construction works together with the preparation of design documentation in accordance with the functional and utility programme, comprising the construction of: • a football pitch with a surface of synthetic grass with dimensions 31x62 m, i.e. 1922 m2, together with the installation of lighting, drainage, panel fencing and a ball-stop net; • the construction of a multi-purpose pitch with a polyurethane surface of the spray-on type with marking…
