Construction of the “Orlik” sports complex in Osiek. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the contract using the “design and build” system, consisting of preparing design documentation and, on its basis, carrying out construction works as part of the task entitled: Construction of the “Orlik” sports complex in Osiek. 1.1. The subject of the contract includes: I - design part, including: • programmatic and spatial concept – 3 sets; • construction design – 3 sets, including: - site development design prepared on the current situation-and-elevation map at a scale of 1:500 with plot boundaries marked on it, on which the works will be carried out, together with obtaining all required branch-specific arrangements and permits; - architectural and construction design; - technical design including detailed technical and structural solutions; • industry-specific technical design documents, including any designs for the reconstruction of conflicting facilities to carry out the task, together with obtaining the conditions for removing the conflicts and agreeing the adopted solutions with the owners of the facilities -3 sets; • executive designs prepared in accordance with the…
