TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the construction of a sports complex in the town of Juchnowiec Dolny, which includes: construction of a clubhouse building with changing-room facilities and an utility building, reconstruction of a playing field with a surface of natural grass and construction of a playing field with an artificial turf surface, construction of a recreation and relaxation pavilion, elements of small architecture together with site development, construction of the necessary technical infrastructure and demolition of part of the existing external technical infrastructure, site development and part of building equipment and structures. The sports complex has been designed for plot(s) nos. 76/1, 76/2, 77, 78, cadastral district 200205_2.0016 Juchnowiec Dolny, land registry unit 200205_2, Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship. On the investment site, technical infrastructure exists in the form of an electrical installation, sanitary sewerage, water supply and telephone lines.
