TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a composting facility for biowaste collected selectively under the “Design and Build” formula, for the investment entitled: “Construction of a composting facility for biowaste collected selectively in the town of Konin, Gosławice district, on cadastral plots no. 1406 and 1409”, including: 1) preparation of substitute construction design documentation, necessary to obtain an amendment to building permit decision no. 139 issued by the President of the City of Konin on 28.10.2025, 2) construction of structures and the associated infrastructure, 3) obtaining all permits, arrangements, licences, consents, opinions and exemptions from provisions of law required to carry out the full scope of the contract subject and to hand it over for use, including obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a decision on the building’s occupancy permit. 2.
