TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a composting facility for biowaste collected separately under the “design and build” formula, for the investment entitled: “Construction of a composting facility for biowaste collected separately, in the town of Konin, Gosławice district, on the registered plots nos. 1406 and 1409”, including: 1) preparing substitute construction design documentation, necessary to obtain the amendment to building permit decision no. 139 issued by the President of the City of Konin on 28.10.2025, 2) construction of structures and associated infrastructure, 3) obtaining all permits, arrangements, authorisations, consents, opinions and exemptions from provisions of law required to carry out the full scope of the subject matter of the contract and to hand it over for use, including obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a decision on the permit for use. 2.
