TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a gas boiler room for the Social Welfare Home in Blachownia. The subject of the contract is the construction of an external gas boiler room as part of the investment task entitled “Construction of a gas boiler room for the Social Welfare Home in Blachownia” in the town of Blachownia, on plot with the registration number 512//1; 654/5; cadastral district Blachownia, in accordance with the comprehensive project design documentation, the bill of quantities, and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. The subject of the task is to carry out an external boiler room consisting of a cascade of two external, gas, condensing boilers. Nominal heating output (80 °C/60 °C) – 5-98.1 kW each boiler, natural gas G20 10.58 m3/h. Electrical power consumption up to 0.5 kW, weight up to 95 kg, mounting on the boiler manufacturer’s proprietary frame; the frame is equipped with hydraulic and electrical connections. The boilers must be fitted with flue systems dedicated to the selected type of boiler; the chimneys must be extended by at least 0.5 m above the existing oil boiler room chimney.
