Construction of a warehouse for the purposes of civil protection as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026 1. The subject of the contract is a construction works project consisting in the construction of a warehouse for the purposes of civil protection as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026, on the plot with the registration number 77/1 located at Sportowa Street in the town of Kępno, together with site development and the construction of a public access ramp.2. The design documentation for the above task was prepared by the company: Tworzymy Architekturę Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Skomlin. 3. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract have been specified in the annexes to the SWZ: 1) Formal documents (Annex No 11 to the SWZ), 2) Design documentation and STWiORB (Annex No 12 to the SWZ), 3) Bill of quantities, constituting an annex to the SWZ, which is an ancillary element for estimating the offer (Annex No 13 to the SWZ), 4) Contract template (Annex No 10 to the SWZ).
