Construction of a warehouse for the purposes of OLiOC Construction of a warehouse for the purposes of OLiOC1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a task entitled “Construction of a warehouse for the purposes of OLiOC”, in the “design and build” formula, pursuant to Article 103(2) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in preparing complete design documentation and carrying out construction works related to the construction of a warehouse for protection of the public and civil defence, located in the town of Lubiatowo, on plot no. 248/1, cadastral district Lubiatowo, municipality of Przelewice. 2. The subject of the contract includes comprehensive performance of the investment, in particular: 2.1.
