TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a warehouse for the needs of civil protection and civil defence in Piskorzów 5.1 The subject of the contract is the task entitled: “Construction of a warehouse for the needs of civil protection and civil defence in Piskorzów”. The building consists of a warehouse part, intended for storing civil protection resources, and a part adjacent to it with social rooms for employees. The building is a single-storey, non-basement building, equipped with the necessary technical infrastructure. The structural layout of the building comprises: a reinforced-concrete foundation slab, load-bearing walls connected with a reinforced-concrete ring beam, and stiffened with reinforced-concrete columns (piers). The roof has been designed as a pitched (two-slope) roof with a wooden structure, covered with profiled metal roofing tiles. The external load-bearing walls have been designed from lime-sand blocks, insulated with a sandwich panel with a polyurethane (PIR) core.
