TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a civil defense and public safety warehouse 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a civil defense and public safety warehouse in Grudziądz, ul. Paderewskiego 233, on plot no. 67/6, 68/2, obr.0156. The warehouse will contribute to increasing the safety of residents of the Grudziądz County and to operational readiness in crisis situations. It will be a single-storey, detached, non-basement building, made using steel technology with a built-up area of 176.63 m2, a usable area of 161.80 m2 and a volume of 1262.00 m3. It will be a building consisting of two rooms. The building was designed using steel technology; walls made of sandwich panels with a core made of polyurethane foam; foundations—strip footings; the partition above the ground floor consists of a steel roof structure; a gable roof—with a roof pitch angle of 11 degrees—covered with a sandwich panel. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) strip footings under the walls, 2) external walls above ground level, 3) roof structure, roof coverings, 4) drainage of the main roof, 5) sheet-metal work, 6) floors, 7) painting, 8) window and door joinery. 3.
