The subject of the contract is the construction of a civil defense warehouse on plot No. ewid. 7575/5 in Maków Podhalański. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) demolition of a garage building and demolition of elements of technical infrastructure that interfere with the planned investment; 2) reconstruction of the sanitary sewage system; 3) construction of a warehouse building; 4) execution of internal sanitary and electrical installations; 5) execution of internal approaches and access roads. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design and technical documentation constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, comprising design documentation, STWiORB, and bills of quantities of works.
