TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an OC Warehouse in msc. Gnojnik Detailed description of the subject of the contract: Construction of an OC Warehouse in msc. Gnojnik includes site preparation, erection of the building along with its structure and the necessary installations, equipping the warehouse with storage and security systems, and execution of external infrastructure. In addition: Removal of soil up to 5 km (the place of disposal will be indicated by the Contracting Authority) Trees in their entirety for felling and clearing from the entire area covered by the task (a permit for tree felling on the part of the Contracting Authority) Requirements for the subject of the contract are specified in detail in the technical documentation (Appendix No. 10), which is attached to these terms of reference. The Contractor is required to use environmentally friendly technologies, materials with a low environmental impact, and effective waste management.
