Construction of a civil protection and disaster relief resources warehouse – II procedure 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works on the basis of building permit no 1/64/2026 dated 08.06.2026, within the scope limited as described in the Bills of Quantities forming Appendix No 8 to the SWZ, which constitute the basis for preparing by the Contractor of an offer cost estimate, consisting in the construction of a warehouse for civil protection and disaster relief resources in the town of Kluczbork at Byczyńska Street 120, plot no 9/82. The building will be intended for the needs of a warehouse for civil protection and disaster relief resources. 2. The Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract, among other things, using technical designs, an execution design, a site development design, an architectural and construction design, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, which form an integral part of this SWZ—only to the extent to which they overlap with the items and technology of the works specified in the Bills of Quantities (Appendix No 8).
