TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an emergency and civil defence warehouse in Bytom Odrzański 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a warehouse building with a steel structure, single-nave, skeletal, post-and-beam (smeared) construction. The building is to be made using load-bearing steel technology: it will be founded on reinforced concrete pads to which the main building structure will be mounted — posts made of IPE and HEA sections and square-section sections; on the posts, a roof tie beam (ridge/beam) made of IPE sections will be installed. The entire structure is made in the form of post-and-beam frames, covered with a sandwich panel 10 cm thick with entrance gates. The roof is a gable (two-slope) roof with a pitch angle of 10 degrees, covered with sandwich panel. The Ordering Party is at the stage of the procedure related to obtaining a building permit decision.
