TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – preparatory, foundation and finishing works: a) earthworks and execution of a subbase layer made of lean concrete under the designed foundations; b) execution of reinforced-concrete (RC) strip footings under the main columns with dimensions 1.40 × 1.00 m made of concrete of at least C20/25, reinforced with steel of at least A-IIIN class; c) execution of intermediate footings of the gable-frame structure with dimensions 1.20 × 1.00 m together with foundation plinths/chimneys; d) execution of reinforced-concrete strip footings with dimensions 30 × 40 cm, connected with the strip footings integrally (monolithically) by extending the reinforcement bars of the ground beam during concreting or by gluing reinforcement bars into the ready footings; e) execution of a foundation upstand wall (plinth wall) on the foundation footing strip using concrete blocks of class M6; f) provision of full geodetic (surveying) service and site supervision/works management; g) after the warehouse building is erected: execution of floors, electrical installations and site development – in accordance with the contract documentation; f) execution of paving from concrete paving blocks in the quantity…
