Construction of a Civil Protection warehouse together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a Civil Protection warehouse together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure in the town of Bielsk Podlaski with an area of 212.38 m2 in service development on plot no. 3503/2, cadastral district of Bielsk Podlaski, municipality of Bielsk Podlaski. The building will be used for storing equipment and machines used for the protection of the population. The building will not be intended for human habitation. 2. The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation, the SWZ, and the Contractor’s offer, as well as in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and under the conditions established in the contract. The Bills of Quantities attached to the procedure shall be treated as auxiliary. 3. Place of performance of the works: plot no. 3503/2, cadastral district of Bielsk Podlaski, municipality of Bielsk Podlaski, Bielsk County, Podlaskie Voivodeship.
