Construction of a civil protection resources warehouse in the locality of Rąbino, on plot no. 147/1, cadastral district Rąbino – STAGE I 1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of construction works consisting in preparing the site for the construction of a building structure of a warehouse hall together with technical infrastructure on plot no. 147/1, cadastral district Rąbino. 2. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: 2.1 Construction of external installations (connections to networks): 1) water supply and hydrant installation (arrangement/agreement with RWiK sp. z o.o. in Białogard) 2) sanitary sewerage installation (arrangement/agreement with RWik sp. z o.o. in Białogard) 3) electrical power installation including external lighting (arrangement/agreement with Energa Operator S.A.) 2.2 Site development of the plot: 1) construction of fencing, gates and entrances/driveways 2) construction of communication routes and parking spaces. 3.
