Construction of a mast for the radio communications system of OSP Sulęczyno 1. Subject (name) of the contract: “Construction of a mast for the radio communications system of OSP Sulęczyno” as part of the project “Purchase of specialized equipment necessary for carrying out rescue operations in the area of the municipalities of Stężyca, Sulęczyno and Chmielno” under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 2. European funds for green Pomerania, Measure 2.9. Adaptation to climate change, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.3. A detailed description of the contract has been included in the project documentation - Appendix A to the SWZ.4. Performance of the subject matter of the contract must be in accordance with these Terms of Reference (hereinafter: SWZ) and the appendices to the SWZ and applicable provisions of law. Note!!!
