Construction of parking spaces (P&R) in the Zabierzów municipality - Construction of a "Park & Ride" parking lot in Zabierzów in a design-and-build system The subject of the contract is the construction of parking spaces (P&R) in the Zabierzów municipality - Construction of a "Park & Ride" parking lot in Zabierzów in a design-and-build system. The subject of the contract will be carried out in two Stages: 1) Stage I – covering the preparation of complete design documentation for the subject of the contract, consisting in particular of: a) a construction design developed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – the Construction Law and with implementing regulations; b) all decisions, permits, arrangements and opinions required by law, with the decisions being final or issued with a clause of immediate enforceability; c) execution designs for all necessary industries/branches; d) bill of quantities; e) investor’s cost estimates; f) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; 2) Stage II – covering the execution of construction works within the scope of the subject of the contract, specified in section 1, in…
