TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a 40 kW wind micro-installation together with accompanying infrastructure in the Municipality of Komorniki 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “FUP”) and the construction, on the basis thereof, of a stationary covered ice rink with dimensions of 26 m × 60 m together with infrastructure and the development of the site on plot no. 2006 (before subdivision 618/107), cadastral district Plewiska, Municipality of Komorniki, Poznań County, in the “design and build” formula. 2. The ice rink is to be made in a steel structure with an arched roof and a PVC tent membrane, with the ice rink surface measuring 20 m × 40 m, in the technology of a refrigerated concrete slab with removable boards. 3. The detailed scope of works, in accordance with which the works are to be performed, includes the Functional and Utility Programme, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the contract. 4.
