TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled: "Construction of the Multimodal Transfer Center in Lubin including a Park&Ride type parking lot and reconstruction of access roads" – Task No. 2. 2. The subject of the contract, due to the method of financing and settlement, will be carried out through the implementation of two scopes of the task: Scope No. 1 – Construction of a Park & Ride parking lot near Hutnicza Street in Lubin (the scope of the task is co-financed by European Union funds: ZIT LGOF (Integrated Territorial Investments of the Legnica-Głogów Functional Area) originating from the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (FEDS) within Priority No. 3 European Funds for urban mobility in Lower Silesia Action 3.1 Urban and suburban eco-transport – ZIT entitled "Construction of the Multimodal Transfer Center in Lubin including a Park&Ride type parking lot and reconstruction of access roads" (call no.
