1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled “Construction at the Libiąż B wastewater treatment plant of a BIO-waste processing facility, including the use of the obtained biogas for generating energy under conditions of high-efficiency cogeneration”. 2. The project will be carried out in the “design and build” formula. 3. The subject of the contract includes comprehensive design and execution of the BIO-waste processing installation on the premises of the Libiąż B wastewater treatment plant, including the use of the obtained biogas for generating energy under conditions of high-efficiency cogeneration, including the construction of a complete batch/percolation dry fermentation installation and a waste composting facility installation together with the necessary technical and accompanying infrastructure. 4.
