TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is a construction work consisting in the performance by the Contractor of works (in the “turnkey” formula) involving the design, manufacture, obtaining the relevant decisions and installation of the New Steam Source for PGE GiEK S.A., Turów Power Plant Division, including obtaining a construction permit decision in relation to construction works or notification of the performance of construction works to the competent authority (depending on the legal requirements), commissioning and handover for operation, as well as obtaining an operating permit or obtaining a statement from the competent authority that it does not raise objections to commencing use (depending on the legal requirements), as described in detail in the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU), and proper performance by the Contractor of obligations arising from quality guarantees and warranties relating to the works during the guarantee and warranty period, as well as granting to the Contracting Authority Intellectual Property Rights.
