TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a new headquarters for the Police District in Góra Kalwaria 1. The subject of the contract is “Construction of a new headquarters for the Police District in Góra Kalwaria” under the design-and-build formula, which includes: 1) Stage I - consisting of all works specified in § 2(1) of Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, including preparation of design documentation in accordance with Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ; 2) Stage II – which includes, among other things, execution of construction works based on the approved and accepted Design Documentation and administrative decisions, outfitting the building, performing author’s supervision, obtaining a final decision on permission to use, and also carrying out acceptance activities (final acceptance) and obtaining a final decision on permission to use. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendices No. 8 and 9 to the SWZ. 3.
