TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a new changing room in Plewiska (IV) 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the construction of a changing room and sanitary facilities back-of-house at the Orlik sports field in Plewiska, based on a set of standard containers, together with sanitary and electrical installations and technical equipment, as well as related infrastructure at ul. Szkolna 132 in Plewiska, plot (land registry) no. 1223/1.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the project documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR), constituting Appendix No 1 to the contract, and in illustrative bills of quantities, constituting Appendix No 2 to the contract. 3. The facility will be built at the location of the existing facility with exactly analogous function and parameters, and dimensions. The new facility will replace the existing building and will be placed using partial use of the existing foundations, without changing the building footprint area and the key metric parameters of the existing building. 4.
